What We Do
Coaching is an alliance between a coach and a client with the goal of strengthening or changing client behaviors that are crucial to their success. Coaching engagements usually take the form of regular sessions over the course of three months to one year.
Coaching is designed to help individuals or teams define their goals, whether they be business or personal, and create a plan that moves them closer to achieving the desired outcomes. One-on-one Coaching creates a framework for inspired discovery and the motivation to stay on track.

Effective leadership demands that we work together. That means that effective leaders must maneuver in the tricky area of personal relationships with confidence. One-on-one leadership coaching, can create a self-awareness that moves a leader from being good to being truly great by creating both higher achievement and deeper connections and fulfillment. Transformational change for the leader, and the business, is often an outcome of leadership coaching.
We work with the client, through one-on-one leader coaching sessions, to accomplish the following:
- Design the Alliance: The coach and the client meet to clarify client desired outcomes, objectives and goals.
- Assessment: The coach works with the client to learn about the behaviors they employ that contribute to, or detract from, their success. In this stage, the coach may use interviews and/or a 360 survey instrument to solicit input from the leader’s peers, direct reports or supervisors.
- Action Plan Process: The coach works with the leader to prepare an action plan designed to align individual goals with strategic business and/or personal goals.
- Exercise: The leader works on specific areas consistent with desired outcomes and action plans.
- Evaluation: The coach and the leader evaluate progress and next steps.
